Many of our customers saw us on Raymond Blanc's tv show with Eric and amazingly lots of people found us for the first time and have been coming in to the shop. Amazing because if you saw it, they didn't show the front of the store or much else except the cheese and a bit of Nicolas' apron. Here are a couple of pics of them being serious and clowning around, it was a great day!

Yes!!!, they are here, we have received the most amazing new Ossou Iraty from The Basque country... 3 ages: 8 months, 12 months and 26 months as well 19 month Salers and an excellent Cantal of 240 days. Spring is also bringing with it some fantastic fresh goats cheeses, You have got to try these so get down to the shop, we would love to see you again.

Being picky and choosy at the Salon. Far too much choice but a fantastic show.....

Amnon,Todd went recently to Paris for the Salon de Fromage show, which takes place every two years. It show cases all the best cheese producers and suppliers from Europe and has a food show second to none! we sourced some seriously good products, so come spring you will need to get to the shop to see some of the incredible things we are bringing in.

Whitely's no more!

Sadly we have had a change of management at the shopping centre and we have decided to move on and concentrate on our new venture! more news about that to follow. We learnt lots and hope to use that format in other places.
